PC-Monitor Manual Catalog

User can create new users with different authorization level. This function is only for the administrator.
User can add, edit or delete user from the User Management screen. Click Add to add a new user. To delete an existing user, select the user and click Delete. To edit an existing user, select the user and make the change. Click OK to save the change or Cancel to discard the unsaved change. Once user is created, the username of that user is not allowed to change.
The authorization rights include:
 Administrator: User with this right has the authorization of administrator. Such user has all the authorization right.
 Setting: User with this right can configure the Server or Console settings.
 Backup: User with this right can execute the backup function of PC-Monitor Server like formatting the tape or unlocking the tape drive.
 Console: User with this right can use PC-Monitor Console.
 Remote Console: User with this right can use PC-Monitor Console through the remote connection.
 View History: User with this right has the authorization to access history files of computers under the assigned groups.
 All Groups: User with this right can access all the groups. User without this right can only access the group assigned in Accessible Groups.
 Audit: User with this right can view daily application report, daily URL report, events log and file operations logs.
 Get email report: User with this right can receive email report.
