More than one agent computers can be monitored at the same time. A screen array is displayed during multi-monitoring. The size of the screen array is from 2 x 2 to 4 x 4. Select Monitor→Multi Monitor from the pull down menu to start the multi-monitoring.

PC-Monitor Console will automatically update the screen snapshots in a fixed interval. Also, the screen will display computer snapshots by group in turn. Change the group of viewing at any time by clicking << or >> at the bottom of the right corner. Press the Close button or Escape key to quit the multi-monitoring.
By right clicking the screen snapshot of an agent machine and select Set as fixed in the popup menu, the screen of that agent machine will be shown in every group turn. The title background of the fixed computer is white and the word is black in color. To release the computer screen, right click the screen snapshot of the fixed computer and then select Set as unfixed.
User can also change the size of the array. User can see the screen of a particular computer in the full screen mode by double clicking that screen or right clicking the screen and choosing Full Screen in the popup menu. The time interval of updating screen snapshots, group turn and the size of multi-screen array can be changed through PC-Monitor Console.

2.Screen Trace Stop Tracing
Highlight an agent computer and select Monitor→Trace in the pull down menu to start real-time tracing. The screen snapshot of the selected computer will be updated and displayed on screen. Select Monitor→Stop Tracing from the pull down menu to stop tracing. The tracing interval can be adjusted through PC-Monitor Console.

3.Search History
To view the screen snapshot of a particular computer, select Monitor→Search History on pull down menu to find out history records.
The screen snapshot history can be searched by computer name, IP address or record date. Choose Name/IP Address from the radio button and enter the name or IP address. Turn on the check box Date and enter the date or choose the date from the pull down menu to search the snapshot history on the specific date. After entering the relevant searching criteria, click Search to start searching. When there are matched records, highlight the record you want to view and click View to play back the history.
You can sort the searching results by clicking the column name of the required item likes “Name”, “IP Address”, “Begin Time”, “End Time” or “File Time” in order to access the screen snapshot history easily.
The system retrieves and displays all the screen snapshot history if no searching criteria is entered. It probably takes much more time for retrieving all history records.

4.View History
