1.Daily URL Report
The method of viewing daily URL report is similar to that of viewing daily application report. Select ReportDaily URL Report to view daily URL report. In the daily URL report, the active time and browsing percentage of every web site visited are shown. By using data in this report, you can check the Internet usage of the selected computer.
You can view the data in pie chart or bar chart to evaluate the Internet usage directly. You can use the date box in the tool bar to choose the date you want. To view the Internet usage within an interval, you can switch to date range mode in the tool bar to select the starting date and ending date.
2.Daily Soft Report
Choose a computer in the Agent List and select ReportDaily Report from the pull down menu to view daily application usage of the selected computer. The application report shows the total running time, active time and usage percentage of every application. By using data in this report, you can evaluate computer usage and efficiency easily.
You can view the application data in pie chart and bar chart to analyze the computer usage directly. PC-Monitor Console uses active time of applications to generate pie chart and bar chart.
You can use the date box in the tool bar to choose the date you want. To view application usage within an interval, you can switch to date range mode in the tool bar to select the starting date and ending date.
3.Events log
Select ReportEvents Log to view events happen in the computer including starting and closing system and application, control operation, browsing web site, adding/removing hardware, software and registry startup records and changes of window title.
You can search events by group, computer, event type or time. Event types include:
Application: Starting and closing of application
Control: Operations of PC-Monitor Agent sent from PC-Monitor Console, such as lock/unlock, notify, logout/restart/shut down agents.
Hardware: Addition/removal of hardware
Software: Addition/removal of software
Startup: Addition/removal of startup record in registry
System: Starting and closing of PC-Monitor Agent
Web Access: Browsing web site record
Window: Changes of window and window title. Such records can help you to evaluate the computer usage conveniently.
You can select a record and double click or right click the mouse and select Property in the popup menu to view the detailed information of the operation.
[Note: As capturing interval is set by system user, a longer capturing interval may lead to missing of some screens. Therefore sometimes the corresponding screen at the time when the event happened may not be captured. Also PC-Monitor will scan software and hardware configuration and startup record in registry of agents in a fixed interval and therefore the time PC-Monitor detected the change of software, hardware or startup record in registry is not the time the event happened.]
In the event log screen, when you select a computer in the Agent List, event log for the selected computer will be shown in the screen. When you select a particular computer in the event log screen, you can clear the event of the selected computer by right clicking the event list and choose Clear in the popup menu. You can choose to clear events happened a fixed date before.

5.Export
User can export the screen snapshots, the statistic report of the applications, the statistic report of the visited websites, the running log of the agent, file operations and system configuration to a file for backup and reference. Choose Report→Export to export the selected report.
The screen snapshots can be exported to bitmap or JPEG format. Other status report can be exported as a text file or HTML file. User can also export it as an Excel file if Microsoft Excel is installed.
User can export status report for computers in a selected group or all agent computers.
6.Print, Print Preview
User can print out the screen snapshots, status report, log etc. Choose Print or Print Preview from the Report menu to print out the screen snapshots, status report or log.
