1.1.Document Operation
The file operation screen shows how computer users operated files in the agent computer. Select FileSecDocument Operation to view the file operation records. It can record when and who accessed, copied, created, deleted, moved, printed, renamed and restored which file.
You can search a specified file operation by group, computer, user, file name, operation types, storage device types and access time. Storage device types include compact disk (such as CD Rom, DVD Rom), floppy disk, hard disk, network folder and removable device (such as USB memory).There is no storage device type for print record.
You can select a record and double click or right click the mouse and select Property in the popup menu to view the detailed information of the operation.

2.Disable Device
Select FileSecDisable Device to disable peripheral device of a selected computer or group of computers. By disabling peripheral device, you can prevent computer user from copying data or communicating with other without permission:
Peripheral devices that you can block include: floppy drive, CD Rom/DVD Rom, CD-R/RW drive, tape drive, COM port and printer port, modem, USB port, USB storage device, SCSI device, 1394 port, infrared device and PCMCIA port of notebook and other new devices. Please note that if notebook is using PCMCIA port to connect LAN card and you disable the PCMCIA of this notebook, the notebook will not be able to connect to network or access the Internet.
Other disabling options include: Disable changing network configuration and Disable fast user switching (For Windows XP only). Turn on Disable changing network configuration to stop computer user from changing any Windows network configuration. By turning on Disable fast user switching (For Windows XP only), only one user can logon to the Windows at the same time.
The disabled peripheral devices cannot be enabled even computer user tries to enable the devices in device manager of Windows. To further disable user to check the status of peripheral devices in device manager, you can turn on Disable Using Device Manager to block user to open device manager.

3.Shared Folders
To view shared folders of an agent computer, select the required computer and choose FileSec-> Shared Folders from the pull down menu. It will show the default shared folders created by Windows (Note: For Microsoft Windows 2000 or above, it will automatically create several shard folders according to the computer configuration by default. “$” character at the end of the shared folder name indicates the shared folder is shared by the operating system) and shared folders created by the Windows users. To delete a shared folder, select the required folder and click Delete.
