Group

1.New Group
Choose the whole network or a particular group, choose Group→New Group from the pull down menu and a new group node will appear on the tree structure and the right side of the Agent List Enter the name for the newly created group. User can enter any name for the group and create multi-level group hierarchy.

2.Rename
To rename a group, select the required group and choose Group→Rename from the pull down menu. However, the name of the agent computer should follow the computer name registered in the network and is not allowed to be changed.

3.Move to Group
When user needs to assign or change group for a computer, click the relevant node on the tree structure and drag the selected node to the designated group. The selected node is then added to the specified group.
