The maximum number of PC-Monitor Agents supported by a particular PC-Monitor Server is limited by licenses purchased. PC-Monitor Agent without valid license will be hidden. If you uninstall some existing PC-Monitor Agents, you can remove those PC-Monitor Agents to grant the licenses to PC-Monitor Agent in the waiting list. The number of active PC-Monitor Agents is maintained by adjusting the number of computers displayed in the PC-Monitor Console according to the following steps.
Select ToolsComputers to open the Computers Management interface:
Computers being monitored are listed by name. The icon of a particular agent computer is blue in color if it is active. If the PC-Monitor Agent has been deleted or the computer is inactive, the icon is grey in color. The status of deleted PC-Monitor Agent is “Deleted”. To change the status of a particular computer, highlight the name of the computer, click Delete or Undelete, as the case requires. Click the Clear button to clear all the computers which are marked as “Deleted”. Unless user adds those computers to the list again, they will not be displayed on the Agent List after deleting. The purpose of Clear is to remove those computers which are no longer in operation. Delete computers if user just wants to hide those computers.
The settings are confirmed only when the Confirm button is clicked.
