My computer has installed an WinManager Agent. Will it affect the operation of other functions?
WinManager Agent is running in the background of the operating system. The system uses a proprietary format which helps to minimize the resources usage by WinManager Agent. As a result, the impact of the operation of WinManager Agent on the other system operations is minimal.

Is it possible to remove WinManager Agent after installing it?
Since WinManager Agent is embedded into the core of the operating system. As a result, WinManager Agent cannot be removed.

As we cannot remove WinManager Agent after installation, how can we manage it?
User can use WinManager Console to real time monitor and check the status of operation of the computer which is installed with an WinManager Agent, and to control or uninstall WinManager Agent as and when necessary.

I want to remote monitor WinManager Agent. What should I do?
Install WinManager Remote Switch in the computer which is connected to the LAN where WinManager Server and Agents located.

Allow Remote Switch to access Internet in order to receive the request from Remote Console.

In the Remote Console, enter the IP address of Remote Switch and remote monitoring is enabled.
